Generators and power provision:
A stable, reliable source of electricity is essential for the success of any event.
With all the additional equipment required to stage a show / performance, a normal municipal power source may not suffice.
Our technicians will be able to advise you on the expected electrical load, and recommend the most suitable power solution for your specific requirements.
Some of the solutions we offer:
Low power requirements
Battery and Inverter
With 1500w of power, this battery inverted system is capable of running a small PA for speeches and background music for a good few hours.
Medium power requirements
Honda EU2200i Silent Generator
2200 watts, 18.3A, 240V
Honda EU7000iS Silent Generator
7000 watts, 240V
High power requirements
SDMO 3 Phase Generators
33 / 44 / 88 or 110 KVA
Powered by the incredible John Deere G3-class engine, our gensets can supply up to 36 x 16A plug points (6 x 32A distros) and has a 9db shroud that keeps noise to a minimum.
For any events that require a stable power supply for any critical infrastructure.
Requires a Certificate of Compliance by law.
63 amp / 32 amp Distrobution Box
63 amp / 32 amp
A DB board takes a higher power source and splits it down in to multiple lower power sources.
A 63A distro can split down in to 2 x 32A distros.
It’s critical to calculate, monitor and balance power.
32A / 63A Power Cables
Generally used to carry high voltage power from either the source (genset/ DB/ 63A distro) to a 32A distro, which then supplies power for kitchen or technical.
Cable trays / protectors
Used to protect cables that run across roads and walkways, and to keep cable runs tidy in order to avoid people tripping over cable runs.
Often required on site for Health & Safety reasons.
The Health & Safety Act requires that fire extinguishers be present with all generators, structures and offices.
